- Dry shell (a weather tight structure only) - $40-100, including the package price. The
average is $60-70. - Prices to finish, including interior walls plumbing, electrical, heating, cabinets, floor
covering, etc can add another $45-110. The average is $65-75.
- Total costs look like this:
- Dry shell - the range is $80,000 to $300,000 with the average being between $125-
175,000 - Prices to finish range from another $100,000 to "a lot".
